Entry to the Xandelyra court implies acceptance of these terms. The court operates as a free-play Social Casino providing games for entertainment. Disagreement with any decree requires departure from the court.
The court admits only individuals aged 18 years or above. The royal gate enforces this decree. False declarations of age are a breach of court protocol.
All gaming within Xandelyra uses virtual credits minted by the court treasury. These credits possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for tangible assets.
Guests shall conduct themselves with decorum. Attempts to subvert court systems, exploit game mechanics, or misuse the platform for commercial gain will result in exile.
All intellectual property within the court, including game designs, written content, and visual assets, belongs to the Xandelyra crown. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
While the court aims to remain open at all times, periods of renovation or unexpected complications may require temporary closure.
The crown accepts no liability for consequences arising from visits to the court. All participation is voluntary.
The crown reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Revised decrees take effect upon publication.
